Occupational Health and Safety Policy

Samwon FA Samwon FA has established and operates a comprehensive occupational health and safety management system in accordance with the Occupational Safety and Health Act Occupational Safety and Health Act, ensuring that all employees and partners can perform their work in a safe environment. To support this, the company promotes health and safety initiatives through close collaboration and effective communication across relevant departments.

In addition, Samwon FA fulfills its statutory obligations related to occupational health and safety, conducts regular risk assessments, and proactively identifies and improves potential hazards and risk factors. The results are systematically reported and managed. Compliance status and implementation outcomes across business sites are collected, reviewed, and analyzed to identify key health and safety agenda items, which are then deliberated and approved by the Occupational Safety and Health Committee to ensure necessary corrective actions are taken.

Furthermore, the Head of Health and Safety Management oversees the overall operation of the system by reviewing agenda items and reports submitted to the Occupational Safety and Health Committee, while directing supplementary measures where needed. Through this governance structure, Samwon FA continuously advances a safer and healthier working environment.
