System and Network Security Operations

Information Security Policy

Samwon FA has established a systematic management framework to protect trade secrets and information assets. A comprehensive inventory of key trade secrets is maintained and updated annually to ensure legal protection and effective security management. In addition, the internal network is segregated from external networks to prevent potential intrusions from spreading across the organization.

To ensure structured information security management, the company has established a dedicated organization consisting of a Chief Information Security Officer, security personnel, and an Information Security Committee. Clear operational and management procedures are defined for all information systems, with designated responsibilities assigned to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information.

Furthermore, to safeguard the integrity of software and data, the Chief Information Security Officer implements and manages control measures and procedures to prevent, detect, and respond to malicious software. Dedicated network personnel are also assigned to oversee network and server protection, supported by defined control measures and operational procedures.

Detailed guidelines are documented in the “Network Security Guidelines” and “Server Management Guidelines,” and the company continuously promotes information security awareness by publishing its policies on the internal intranet.
